Can I submit an award nomination for someone else?

• Yes, self nominations and nominations made on the behalf of others are welcome.

Are Operation Immunization projects eligible for the Immunization Chamption Awards?

• No, Operation Immunization projects are not eligible for the awards.Those should be submitted to the APhA-ASP Awards program.

Are Colleges/Schools of Pharmacy eligible for the Immunization Chamption Awards?

• Yes, colleges/schools of pharmacy may submit nominations that are not solely conducted by an APhA-ASP chapter.

Do I have to be an APhA member to submit an awards application?

• No, however, all submitters are encouraged to apply for APhA membership.

Are there resources available help me create my submission?

• View last year's awards booklet to see which projects and programs were submited for consideration and receievd awards.

How and when are award winners notified if they have received awards?

• All award recipients will be notified via phone and emal in mid-December.
